NEW! Treadmill workout snack:
GLENNY's 100 cal brownie. Chocolate chip. can anyone say YUM-O? (no not you Rachael Raye) I heated it up in the microwave and licked the plate clean. YUM. Only one more....=(
This fueled some hour of treadmill walking WITH- 12 % incline, 20 second sprint at 6.0, 6.5, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5. Whew! you jump to the side for 10 seconds. i was just getting the hang of it, so my rests were like a minute first and then i tried the JUMP TO THE SIDE/SCATTER!
Bike, and reading Pride and Prejudice.
Then I decided to hit up my run.
First: fuel.
White Chocolate Macadamia Luna Bar and Apple.
Apple good. White chocolate macadamia: not EXCITING. i just ate it. and was not BLOWN away. Sadness.
Then 9 minute time trial. 7:50/mile, 1.15 miles. didn't improve, but didn't detrain. Meh.
Then SCHOOL! ew.
My stomach growled during class. Oopsy.
Ran home to eat this:
Yogurt in container! and 2 pluots (no more...fruit shopping trip in the near future) and celery peeking out and grapes. And the last of the milk.
When you have celery, sometimes you just want to eat it like this:
Food porn. Gasp.
Then I worked on stuff, cleaned around the house, messaged D like no one else...
and then ate this for lunch!
Broccoli and tofu burrito, which ended up peeing on me. NOT FUN. I had to ditch 1/2 the tortilla near the end because it got too soggy. EW.
Then More mcat stuff, chatting with my sister on line, and then a 2 hour nap. Groggyyyyyyyy
Woke up, did more mcat. EW i am mcatt'ed out. hahah.
Dinner:
simple.
3 egg whites from the tea eggs in a tortilla, green beans, and an apple that was KINDA mealy.
protein BOMB. i full.
now it's almost time for love songs on the coast, and i have to watch last weeks Glee to know what's coming up tonight!
LOL!
And do 30 pushups and 30 crunches before sleep. GYM TIME TOMORROW! WOO WOO!

ReplyDelete12%, that's pretty steep. How do the increments work on a treadmill...the ones at our Rec go .5, 1.0, 1.5, etc...then do those translate to like 5%, 10%, 15%? totally confused!
