Cereal dust, that is!
Today, RIP quaker oats. you were sooo good while you lasted.
Treadmill climb, bike, and then pre workout snackeroo
Cereal, a square meal.
Then: 2 mile time trial. 16 minutes! 8:08/mile i think. DAMN faster than last time i did this. =D
3X10 glute ham situps
10 ball pikes
3X6 pullups assisted
3X6 dips assisted
6X6 push press with 20#
2X10 inverted row
Then home and then to costco and WHOLE FOODS where i got larabars, cereal, and yogurt OIKOS =DDDDD
Tofu stirfry (my mom made some more for me before she left today, so i ate that since it was FRESH. =D ) cabbage, kabocha and milk.
Then took mom to airport, came home, chilled, ate some unpictured cereal, and then went to volunteer. THAT WAS LIKE THREE HOURS OF TONS OF ACTIVITY.
Came home, ate this
NO NOT ALL OF THEM. JUST ONE DELICIOUS NECTARINE.
Then studied my ass off.
milk, tofu, and cauliflower. Simple. wasn't very hungry, but i didnt eat that much today, so tried to take in some more calories. I think i'm just tired and hot.
