Pre run snack:
2 plums and cantaloupe! Props to those who figured it out from the title! that took awhile to think of!
This came after my treadmill climb. WHew! what a killah! (shorty was a killahhhh)
Then came 8 times of 20 sec on 10 sec off of hill sprints. Still kinda slow, need to work on that.
Ran outside in crazy fog at 5:30 AM. Yep, it was totally like setting of Prince of Persia. CARREEEPYY.
Then came back inside, packed some food for road trip to take sis to usc. Ended up not eating it until got home after a ralphs trip where two old geezers almost came to blows! yikes. slo mo UFC if you know what i mean.
Broke my fast with: 1/3 oats, 1/2 cup? yogurt, BIG ASS peach, 2 green pluots, bloobs, cinnamon and hot soymilk.
Basking in the warmth of a breakfast baby.
Lunch after lazing around was a chive omelette stirfried tofu wrap with green beans on the side. stuffed. i need to intuitively eat again. SIGH.
Then I went to the airport to pick up dad (he lives in taiwan and works there) and then we went to USC to pick up my sister who went through a harrowing orientation. IN between this, I went to Trader Joe's to scope out some good eatz....pb was 1.79. CHEEP! almond butter: 4.99 NOT CHEEAP. =(
That was the end of that. just eating roasted almonds for now since i need to take out a mortgage for almond butter! just kidding, LOL.
Dinner will be salmon and opo! =D
